Flowing Bee - a behavioural intelligence company - has appointed Jonny Hanratty as its new head of applied research & strategy.
The company, experiencing significant growth, reported nearly quadrupling its revenue year-on-year in FY26 and doubling its client base. Flowing Bee is expanding its operations across Australia, the US, the UK, Asia, and Europe.
About Jonny
Hanratty brings 15 years of experience in behavioural science, strategy, and customer growth to his new role. Previously, he worked at The Lab, where he co-led the behavioural science business and collaborated with major accounts such as Woolworths, Allianz, Kenvue, and Suncorp.
Before The Lab, Hanratty spent five years at The Behavioural Architects, contributing to the growth strategies of Uber and Uber Eats across APAC, LATAM, the US, and EMEA.
The role
In his new position at Flowing Bee, Hanratty will focus on enhancing the company's applied behavioural science capabilities, leading senior client engagements, and developing new products and services that integrate behavioural science, research, and AI.

What drew me to Flowing Bee was the opportunity to work at the intersection of behavioural science, AI engineering and automation, and to scale behavioural insight and expert judgement in ways that simply weren't possible a few years ago. What excites me is the ability to retain the depth and rigour of behavioural science while dramatically increasing the speed and scale at which organisations can apply it.
